SMS appointment reminders, sent through the practice's own modem

It links the practice calendar to an automatic reminder flow: the patient gets a message before the appointment without reception ringing each one. Messages go out through a GSM modem installed at the practice, so the cost is an ordinary SIM rather than credits bought per message. Each practice gets its own separate database.
