A management system for multi-specialty, multi-location clinics

SaaS for Romanian medical clinics: a shared core — patients, scheduling, encounters, documents, billing — on top of which specialty modules are switched on. Built multi-location from the start, with permissions configurable per clinic rather than a fixed set of roles imposed on everyone.

Modules and capabilities

Patients

A patient record shared across doctors and locations, with personal data treated as sensitive information rather than ordinary text.
Scheduling

Calendars per doctor, room and location, designed for a reception desk juggling several specialties at once.
Encounters

Recording the medical act, linked to the patient and the appointment.
Specialties

Modules enabled per clinic, so a single-specialty practice does not carry everything that does not concern it.
Dental module

Dentistry-specific work, with its own flow, on top of the shared core.
Day ward

The flow for patients admitted for the duration of a day.
Billing and e-invoicing

Issuing fiscal documents with submission to the tax authority.
