A clinic site on Umbraco, with online booking and its own admin panel

The online presence of an obesity and diabetes clinic in Brașov, built on Umbraco with a hand-written Razor front-end over SQL Server. Patients book and pay online themselves, while the clinic's team manages content, doctors and availability from its own admin panel — without depending on a developer for a text change or a shifted schedule.

Modules and capabilities

Umbraco admin panel

The clinic's team edits pages, articles, services and the medical team straight from the backoffice, with role-based rights. The content model follows the clinic's needs rather than a generic template.
Online booking

The patient picks the service, the doctor and a free slot. Slots are protected against double booking, and an unconfirmed hold expires and releases the interval.
Online payments

Redirect payment with idempotent confirmation — a repeated notification cannot produce a second charge or a second appointment.
Teleconsultations

Remote consultation for cases that do not require physical presence, capturing informed consent with a timestamp and a text version.
Hand-written Razor front-end

No bought theme and no page builder: the pages are written directly, which keeps the site fast and the structure right for local medical SEO.
