Transport orders for freight forwarders, from the customer's request to the CMR

Part of Transport and logistics

A web application for freight forwarders and small transport firms. The customer order and the contract order to the subcontracted carrier are issued from the same data, on the firm's own document templates. The trip margin is visible before confirming, and any order can be found in seconds, from the office, from home or from a phone. In development, together with the first freight-forwarding firm that will use it.

Modules and capabilities

  • Orders with automatic numbering

    Numbering on the firm's own series, with no gaps and no duplicates. A wrong order is cancelled, not deleted, so the number leaves a trace, not a hole.

  • The firm's documents, generated automatically

    The customer order and the contract order to the carrier are generated as PDFs on the Word templates used today, with the firm's letterhead and clauses. An issued PDF never changes: an edit produces a numbered revision.

  • Customers and carriers

    Company details are filled in from the Romanian tax authority (ANAF) by tax ID. Each partner keeps its contacts, trip history and incidents.

  • Alerts before the trip

    A warning when the carrier's CMR insurance or transport licence is about to expire, before the trip is confirmed.

  • Margin per trip

    The customer price minus the carrier price, calculated on the order itself, then per month, customer and carrier.

  • Driver app

    The carrier's driver gets a link valid only for their trip, with no account and nothing to install: they report status and photograph the signed CMR. Location is shared only when they tap it. Second phase.

  • Invoicing from the order

    The customer invoice is issued from the order, in lei or a foreign currency, through e-Factura. Carrier invoices attach to the same order, with their payment status. Second phase.
